Texas Lightworks LLC provides a three-year limited warranty on eligible lighting components supplied and installed by us, along with our installation workmanship. Your final proposal and warranty document define the specific equipment, start date, remedies and any project-specific terms.
What is generally covered
- Defects in eligible lighting components supplied as part of the original installation.
- Failures arising from Texas Lightworks installation workmanship under normal residential use.
- Reasonable diagnostic, repair or replacement service for an approved warranty claim.
What is generally not covered
- Storm, flood, lightning, power surge, fire, pest, impact or other external damage.
- Alteration, relocation, repair or electrical work performed by others.
- Abuse, misuse, neglect, landscaping changes, construction or failure to maintain access.
- Normal cosmetic aging or changes that do not affect system operation.
How service works
Contact Texas Lightworks with the service address, installation date and a description of the issue. We may request photos, control screenshots or a basic power check before scheduling a visit. Approved warranty remedies are determined by Texas Lightworks and may include repair, replacement with a comparable component or another reasonable correction.
